When ordering you will have a choice of Next Day Delivery, or the 3-5 Day Shipping option.
We will accept returns for any item that has been damaged while in transit. Or for any item that has been wrongly sent or is past its sell by date.
You can specify a different shipping address to your billing address during the Payment process. Just check the box ‘different shipping address’ then a new Shipping Address form will appear for you to add the shipping address.
We currently do not have a tracking facility. But this is something we are looking at rolling out in May/June 2020.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, you would have to notify us as soon as possible of the error so we can look to rectify it before shipping the item(s) you have ordered.
We currently only ship to addresses in Ireland and the UK.
Depending on the size of your order, we will always look to ship your items in one package.
